This is a finely ground wood powder of zelkova tree.
It is used for making "kokuso" mixed with this wood powder, jinoko, and urushi. Kokuso is used for filling scratches and cracks in woods and detailed modeling of the kanshitu technique.
Mix with nori-urushi and mugi-urushi to fill the scratches and cracks in your work.
