Urushi used to paint the maki-e images over which gold powder is applied.

Mixed with Bengara (iron oxide), so the gold will stand out even better and more beautifully.

Includes Japan-made Urushi, and has excellent brush compatibility and fluidity, making it suitable for fine line work and intricate filling.

We have slowed down the drying time, so you can work on larger designs with plenty of time to spare.
