Hake ya Kitsune - Uwanuri Hontōshi Urushi Brush /狐印　上塗本通漆刷毛

We are honored to present a set of brushes designed and made by Shiho Utsumi, the founder of the label `The Brush and the Fox` (刷毛や狐, `Hake ya Kitsune`), and the only craftsperson to inherit the techniques of lacquer brush master Nobuyuki Tanaka. 

 High level top coat brushes

The brushes are not used up like the Choinuri-kun brushes, but are semi-threaded so that they can be cut out and used again when worn out.
