🇺🇸 Important Notice for Customers Shipping to the United States

(Regarding TSCA Documentation Requirements)

Thank you very much for shopping with us.

Due to recent changes in customs regulations in the United States, we are seeing an increase in customs delays, especially for shipments handled by FedEx.

In particular, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) may require the following documentation under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) at the time of import:

🔹 Documents That May Be Required

  • TSCA Certification (Positive or Negative declaration)

  • TSCA Letter of Authorization (LOA)

📌 Request to Customers

These documents are generally required to be prepared and submitted by the consignee (recipient in the U.S.) to the local FedEx or customs broker.

  • TSCA Certification confirms whether the goods comply with TSCA regulations.

  • TSCA LOA is used when the consignee authorizes a third party (e.g., FedEx or a broker) to act on their behalf for TSCA filings.

To prevent delivery delays or additional customs costs, we kindly ask our customers in the U.S. to prepare and submit the necessary documents if requested by FedEx or U.S. Customs.

💬 For Questions or Assistance

  • If you are unsure whether documentation is required, please check with your local FedEx office or customs broker.

  • In some cases, shipments may be exempt from TSCA requirements and no documentation may be needed.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Thank you again for your continued support.
